What we collect

• Contact form: the name, phone number, email address and message you type in.
• Calls, texts and email: whatever you send us, plus your phone number or email address.
• In the shop: details we need to repair your device, such as your name, phone number and a description of the problem.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to repair or buy your device and to run the shop. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who processes it

• Contact form messages are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form service.
• This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps technical logs such as IP addresses to run and protect the site.
• The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps. Google may collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy.

Chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can write a reply, and may be handled by our hosting service. Please don’t share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in chat. We don’t store chat messages on our website.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t run advertising trackers on this site. Third-party services we use, such as Google Maps, may set their own cookies.

Your device and your data

Back up your data before a repair. We only look at what we need to diagnose and fix your device. Repairs can put the data on a device at risk, and we aren’t responsible for lost, damaged or exposed data. See our Terms of Use.

Security

We take reasonable care with the information you send us, but no website, message or storage method is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of information you send us or of the third-party services described above. You use them at your own risk.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing [email protected]. We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our obligations.

Limits
