1. Back it up

Save your photos, contacts and messages first. See our guide to backing up a phone.

2. Sign out of your accounts

  • iPhone: sign out of your Apple ID and turn off Find My iPhone.
  • Android: remove your Google account and any other accounts, such as Samsung.
  • Sign out of apps that tie to your phone, like banking and messaging.

This matters. A phone that’s still tied to your account can be locked and nearly worthless to a buyer.

3. Erase it

Use the reset or erase all content and settings option in the phone’s settings. Do this after the steps above.

4. Remove the extras

Take out your SIM card and any memory card. Take off your case and screen protector.

5. Gather what you have

Bring the charger and the box if you still have them. They can help the offer.

Bring it in

We make cash offers on phones, tablets, computers and consoles, working or not. Walk in and we’ll tell you our offer before you decide anything.

Need a hand with this?

Bring the device in during opening hours. We check it first and tell you what it needs and what it costs before any work starts.
