Cracked screen or back glass
iPhone 8 and later have glass on the front and back. We repair cracked fronts, cracked backs and screens that have gone dark, show lines or ignore touch.
Battery health low or shutting off
If Settings > Battery > Battery Health shows a low maximum capacity, or the phone shuts off with charge left, the battery is likely worn. Bring it in and we’ll test it.
Won’t charge
iPhone 14 and earlier use a Lightning port and iPhone 15 and later use USB-C. Lint in the port is a common cause, and we check the port, cable and battery.
Camera, speaker or microphone problems
Blurry or black camera, crackling speaker, or people can’t hear you on calls. We test each part to find the cause.
Water damage
Turn it off and don’t charge it. Bring it in soon so we can inspect it for corrosion, even if it seems to work.
Stuck on the Apple logo or won’t turn on
